Trish Stratus and Lita will team together at the upcoming WWE Evolution PPV event. The duo will take on Mickie James and Alexa Bliss in a tag team match at the all-women’s event.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, there are plans for Lita and Trish Stratus to return to WWE television after Evolution.
Johnson says that Trish and Lita will be returning for major WWE events. This will include the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania at the very least.
Johnson also says that the belief right now is that Alexa Bliss suffered either a concussion or a broken nose over the weekend. There is no word yet on if she has been cleared to return to the ring for their match on Sunday.
Our Take: It makes a ton of sense for WWE to keep Lita and Trish around. They would be a great fit for a Women’s tag team division (if it happens). You could also do a variety of great singles matches with them and some of the younger talent. I think fans would enjoy seeing them stick around WWE TV for the next several months.
