Yup, but the Dean fangirl in me takes a little pleasure in knowing that Dean was the FIRST of the Shield to get that honor and Roman and Seth will come after him. It’s petty and silly because I love all three guys, but it still makes me happy.
Oh no it’s not petty I agree with you did was always in last place when it came to the shield he was last to hold the WWE Title and it took him forever and was immediately put in the midcard while Seth and Roman were put in the main event scene. I’m proud of where Dean is at now he has come a long way
Dean always seemed to get the short end or table scraps when it came to booking. He didn’t seem to get a shot of his own, he was always covering for Roman or Seth(sometimes both) and just never seems to get a feud that’s his that he can really do something with. The fact that he’s quietly built up his resume and became a Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion almost unnoticed pleases me. Very proud of him.
The only memorable fueds he has had was with Seth in 2014 and with Bray but the one with Seth seemed better to me. His resume has gone unnoticed because peek forgot he was the longest regining US Champion for the modern era
His feud with KO was pretty good, his feud with HHH could’ve been amazing if he hadn’t been covering for Roman while he recovered from his nose surgery.
After last night’s tag match who should challenge for the titles next
Before I found out about Jeff Hardy’s shoulder surgery, I’d say the Hardys, now I’m thinking Gallows and Anderson.
I am not sure. Tag division is weak
If they want face vs heel then shield vs club
I wouldn’t call it weak, just understrength with two teams being short a member.
