Paul London Shoots On The WWE For Being A Horrible Place To Work

You might remember Paul London from his time in WWE with his tag team partner Brian Kendrick. The duo are the longest reigning WWE Tag Team Champions in WWE history at 331 days (although the New Day are closing in and could break the record next month). On the most recent episode of the Pancakes and Powerslams Show, Paul London shoots on the WWE, saying it is horrible place to work.

Paul London shoots on working for the WWE:

“When you work there, you eat so much crap. It’s like middle school all over again when you work there, on any level that you’re at. I don’t care if you’re the megastar or the opening guy, corporate office guy, whatever. At some point in your tenure there, you’re gonna be treated like garbage, absolute garbage. And like less of a human being, like the stuff you wipe off of your shoe that you stepped in by accident. And you’re gonna be treated like that constantly. It’s a constant mental hazing. It’s disgusting. It’s a horrible, horrible place to work, absolutely awful place to work. So, it’s not good for human beings of any nature. It was just things that would numb you to life working there” (Source: Pancakes and Powerslams Show – Episode 216).

He sounds very disgruntled about his time with the WWE. A lot of rumors exist about a lot of backstage hazing that went on back in the day and it sounds like London was subject to a lot of it. He has been out of the WWE for a number of years now so I can only imagine things have improved/ are not as tolerated anymore.

Let us know what you think about his comments or if you think the WWE is a horrible place to work.
