Paige was recently suspended by WWE for violating the company’s wellness policy. This was her second strike and therefore will be 60 days. Paige recently took to twitter to speak out about her suspension, saying that she had a doctor’s note. We have also seen Paige’s family come to her aid, releasing statements on the situation.
According to a report from PWInsider.com, Paige will undergo surgery on her injured neck this upcoming Wednesday. This will keep her on the shelf for 6 to 9 months with her earliest return coming in April of 2017 if everything goes as planned.
Paige recently was interviewed by TMZ (alongside Alberto Del Rio). She was asked about her WWE suspension and future. She said that she wasn’t going to talk about it anymore as she had said her peace on twitter. She was also asked if she was coming back to WWE and she joked, saying “I have to”.

WWE recently fired back at Paige and her family, saying it was not a prescription that got her the suspension like they were claiming.
In regards to her neck surgery, she tweeted a couple of weeks ago that she met with a doctor about surgery options:
Been quiet for a while. Time to get the neck fixed so I can come back and kick some ass. ??? pic.twitter.com/aPxiprMLjF

Get well soon Paige! Hope surgery goes well and you get things sorted out with WWE. Sounds like she wants out of the company though!
