The NXT Title match was eventually won by Aleister Black. This came after he hit the Black Mass to a distracted Andrade Almas. As a result, we have a new NXT Champion!

17) MAJOR Heat On Tommaso Ciampa
NXT Takeover: New Orleans featured the highly anticipated match between Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. This is a storyline that has been building over the past year.
Ciampa had some major heat coming into this match. The crowd was booing him like crazy during his entrance. Incredible heel heat.

18) A Perfect “You Deserve It” Chant
We often hear the WWE Universe chant “You deserve it” at a wrestler. Usually, it is a pretty positive thing. During the main event of Takeover, this chant was used but it was not a positive thing.
The crowd chanted “You deserve it” after Ciampa was powerbombed onto the concrete floor. This was a great moment:

19) Gargano Lost A Tooth!
During the match, Gargano ended up losing a tooth! This came after he took an elbow from Ciampa. OUCH!

Ciampa clocked Gargano with a back elbow on the apron, and I swear I saw a tooth fly up into the air. Johnny’s also nursing his mouth a bit, so I think the Tooth Fairy owes him a little cha-ching, if you know what I mean. #NXTTakeOver

20) Johnny Gargano Won In An Incredible Match
After a lengthy match, Johnny Gargano was able to make Tommaso Ciampa tap out using his own knee brace.
What a rollercoaster. What a match! Really enjoyed the storytelling.
