Cesaro has been confirmed to be in attendance of NXT Takeover: Cardiff. As of writing this, WWE has not confirmed a role for him at the event.
I am going to predict that Cesaro faces off against Pete Dunne at this event. To me, it makes sense to have Cesaro wrestle on this card. The card is strong but Cesaro vs Pete Dunne could really push it over the top. With AEW All Out and NJPW Royal Quest, WWE will be looking to steal the weekend and adding this match could help.
Plus, Pete Dunne should be used on this card in some form. He is too talented to be left off the card completely.
If it happens, it will be a damn good match. My guess would be that Dunne would win.
