William Regal appeared on ‘The Bump’ on Wednesday morning and dropped some news about a new WWE tournament.
Jordan Devlin is stuck in Ireland right now and can’t defend his NXT Cruiserweight Championship. As a result, Regal has announced a tournament to determine an Interim NXT Cruiserweight Champion:
This will presumably be similar to what the UFC does. After the Interim Champion is crowned, they will eventually face Jordan Devlin to determine who is the true NXT Cruiserweight Champion.
