As noted prior, WWE was looking into potentially adding independent companies to the WWE Network. There was some big news in professional wrestling teased for today and it looks like this could be it. FloSlam.TV launced today with WWE, ROH and Evolve content.
It is a subscription based service that allows you to stream live events from the 3 (so far) companies. The details are a bit thin right now so we will have to wait and see. If you are wondering why WWE would do this when they already have the WWE Network, they are reportedly investors in FloSlam (h/t to @TheFrayMovement).
The website features talent and events from WWE, ROH and EVOLVE:
You can check it out at FloSlam.TV.
It appears like the cost is $20 a month or $150 for the entire year to sign up. From their website, this is what you get with your subscription:
- Live streams of the top pro wrestling competitions around the world
- Archived pro wrestling events and highlights available on demand
- Original documentaries featuring the best athletes in the sport
- Live event results
According to PWInsider, they are looking to lock up more companies as well. FloSlam is the same company as FloSports that streams sporting events.
