Top 5 Reasons Why Triple H Creating A New Version Of The Authority Is ‘Best For Business’

1. Will Help Get Eyes on The ‘New Era’

NXT has its own niche, it is separated from the main roster, has its own house shows, has its own show on the WWE Network, and has its own fans. It has become successful on its own despite it being a WWE’s developmental territory and that is very much in part of the writers, wrestlers and Triple H for making it the brand that it is today.

According to WrestleZone, in 2016, the WWE Network had 1.52 million subscribers. While that is a lot of people subscribed to a streaming platform, I would guess that a good majority of those subscribers do not watch the other content on the app, which includes NXT. This leads to the problem of people who mainly watch the main roster don’t know who all of these NXT call-ups are and will likely not go on the Network to see what these wrestlers are capable of.

If some of the NXT callups are put in this “New Authority” and it is said that Triple H runs NXT, people will immediately draw the lines and will hopefully take these new stars very seriously. If you are paired up with Triple H, then you’re already getting a rub by him.

It could also help boost the RAW product to maintain its status as WWE’s flagship show, and potentially draw more eyes to NXT. It is a win-win situation for all of those involved, as long as they don’t get too crazy and not draw this faction out for a very long time.

  1. The Authority should go away very long time ago, plus definitely no for female member, we may even see Joe and KO interfering during women matches
