Mickey Gall Says That ‘There Is Nothing That Can Save CM PUNK’

CM Punk is set to take on Mickey Gall at UFC 203 on September 10th 2016 in Cleveland. This will be CM Punk’s first UFC fight since he signed with the company back in 2014. Gall has 2 professional wins under his belt and is only 24 years old. Mickey Gall was recently on an episode of Bret Hart Radio’s: Hart Family Vault podcast. During the interview he spoke about a wide variety of topics, including his upcoming fight against CM Punk.

Gall had some praise for CM Punk but says that there is nothing that can save him during their fight:

“CM Punk is a Superstar. He’s going to bring a lot of eyes and a lot of excitement to the fight. Which is great. That’s amazing. Like I said, he’s a Superstar. He was at the top of his sport. With that said, myself, like him, I’m also a determined guy. He’s in a great camp. He’s in Rufus Sport in Milwaukee. That’s one of the best MMA gyms in the world. For sure. Duke Rufus is a great mind and talent. No matter where he is… there is nothing that can save CM Punk from what’s going to happen on September 10th. He’s all mine. I can’t wait to fight him” (Source: Bret Hart Radio).

Many UFC fans have already written off Punk for having a chance to win due to his inexperience and age. It will be interesting to see how he fairs in the octagon. Another WWE guy Brock Lesnar just proved again that he could win in the UFC but Brock Lesnar is a freak of nature.
