As we noted prior, things got heated on the latest episode of Talking Smack between Daniel Bryan and the Miz. It began with Bryan criticizing the Miz’s wrestling style, saying he wrestles like a coward. The Miz went off on Bryan, saying that his style of wrestling has allowed him to continue working for the past decade and limit injuries (unlike Bryan).
Daniel Bryan eventually walked off the set. Fans were left confused as to what happened. Was this real? Were fans being worked? It seemed too real for it to be a work as there looked like real emotion in both of their faces.
The Miz’s wife Maryse, who was on-screen during the segment, commented on what happened:
HEROES STAND UP FOR WHAT THEY BELIEVE IN. COWARDS WALK AWAY https://t.co/yocRbSSarH

Mick Foley:
.@WWE greats find ways to consistently reinvent themselves. After #TalkingSmack, I’ll admit.. @mikethemiz is great! https://t.co/xoyk9apqXO

As of writing this (Wednesday morning) both the Miz or Daniel Bryan haven’t responded. Let us know what you thought of the segment in the comment section below! Real or work?
Seemed real but now WWE will incorporate it into a storyline. Like the whole Rusev/Lana thing and before when Matt Hardy/Lita/Edge thing.
Why can’t it be both? Some people wrestle from a place of fear, fear that they will never make it, fear that they are not good enough, strong enough, over enough. Others wrestle with their eyes on a distant horizon, like The Undertaker, The Rock, Chris Jericho and The Miz who are still physically able to step in the ring because they don’t feel the need to cripple themselves or others in order to stay valid.
