NXT taped the next several weeks of television on Wednesday night at Full Sail University. During the taping, their was a controversial finish.

At the taping, Velveteen Dream first defeated Johnny Gargano to become the new NXT North American Champion. Here is a photo:
After the match, Gargano attacked Dream and stole the belt back.
UPDATE: According to fans in attendance, WWE re-shot the ending, this time with Gargano winning the match to retain the Title:
Looks like this is WWE’s way to try and combat spoilers from coming out. Fans left not knowing if Gargano or Dream is the true Champion due to the re-shoot. They could air either of the finishes, depending on what they want to do.
