Luke Harper Return Update

Luke Harper has been out of action since late March with a knee injury. During a dark match after RAW, Harper dislocated his patella and tore his medial patellofemoral ligament. It was rumored that he would be out until September at the earliest after having surgery. Good news is coming for Harper fans!

PWInsider reports that Luke Harper is scheduled to be at the WWE Performance Center this week to test out his knee. If things go well he will be cleared to return to action. This means if things go well we could be seeing him on WWE TV within the next couple weeks.

Harper wasn’t drafted and remains a free agent. No word yet if he will join Bray Wyatt on Smackdown LIVE or will be going to RAW with Braun Strowman. Harper recently said not being featured on the WWE’s hottest free agents list was a ‘slap in the face’ (see below article for full quote).

Personally am really looking forward to his return. I think Harper is extremely underrated and could be utilized a lot better by the WWE. If I had to guess I would say he is going to Smackdown LIVE.
