KURT ANGLE NOT RETIRING FROM PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING AFTER TNA

Kurt Angle is a top name on fans lists of stars they want to see return to the WWE. After finishing up his ‘retirement tour’ for TNA, it should be noted that he is only retiring from TNA and not professional wrestling.

Kurt Confirms this in an article with ESPN.co.uk:

“I’m gonna take a break from [professional] wrestling, I know that for sure, at least a year. So we’ll see how it goes and I’ll go from there”

He explains further:

“I’m not gonna say I’m gonna retire. I am pretty much done with TNA. Not sure, maybe down the road, maybe I might come back, but most likely I probably won’t, because there’s a chance that I might not wrestle again. I just wanna get a feeler this year and see what I wanna do and see where I wanna go.”

To me, it sounds like Kurt is done with TNA completely and leaving the door open for one last WWE run. I think deep down he wants to end his career with the company he started with. Surely they would offer him a part time gig next year when he is ready to return.
