Kurt Angle Has An Interesting Idea On What WWE Should Do With The Cruiserweight Division

Kurt Angle recently participated in a Q&A with fans on his Facebook page. Angle was asked by a fan if he thinks that the Superstars from 205 Live should be more involved with the stars of RAW and Smackdown Live.

Fans used to see the Cruiserweight division on weekly episodes of RAW. This eventually changed to the stars of 205 Live not appearing on the show at all. Over the past few weeks, we have seen Drake Maverick and Lio Rush used in manager roles on the brand.

Angle had an interesting idea on what WWE should do with the Cruiserweight division. Here is what he had to say:

“Yes. I think we should highlight each one for a month. So every month, have a different 205 superstar wrestle the top heavyweights on Raw and Smackdown. See which one the fans really get behind and push that wrestler into superstar mode. Then you have the next Rey Mysterio. It’s worth a shot, you never know. Just an idea”

Do you think that would help the division if they were given the occasional big match against someone like AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, or Seth Rollins?

Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below. Do you have an idea that would help the division?
