3) John Morrison Reunites With The Miz On Smackdown
During John Morrison’s first run with WWE, he spent a few years together with The Miz as a tag team. The duo won the Tag Team Titles together and they also had their own show on WWE’s website called The Dirt Sheet. Maybe WWE puts Morrison on Smackdown and reunites him with The Miz?
I don’t think that this would be the worst idea. The Miz and Morrison would be a solid addition to the Smackdown Tag Team division. The Miz hasn’t really been doing much anyway, so this could be a fun way to go. The New Day vs The Miz and Morrison could be a solid match for the Smackdown Tag Team Titles at Wrestlemania 36.
If they don’t want to pair them up, they could just have Morrison appear on Smackdown and start a feud with The Miz. This could be a solid storyline to bring Morrison to the blue brand. Plus, I think that Morrison vs The Miz would be a fun PPV match.
2) John Morrison Goes To RAW As A Babyface
With Seth Rollins turning heel, Monday Night RAW is short on top babyfaces. John Morrison’s return provides WWE with a new babyface who they can push on the red brand.
Morrison is going to receive a ton of cheers when he does return to WWE television. As a result, it would be smart for WWE to use that and push Morrison as a babyface for the first several months of his career. There are plenty of strong heels on Monday Night RAW, so there are a lot of feuds waiting for him. That could include Morrison feuding with guys like Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, and AJ Styles.
I will admit that I always preferred Morrison as a heel. Still, WWE can turn him down the road after giving him a nice babyface run for his return. The RAW roster could probably use him right now.
