4) The Miz and Cena’s Promo’s

As we saw on the February 28th episode of Smackdown Live, the Miz and John Cena went IN on one another in their promos.

The Miz cut a passionate promo about Cena resorting to backstage manipulation to get to the top. He ripped him for going off to Hollywood, he ripped him for being a part-time talent and much more. Cena responded by ripping the Miz for stealing other people’s gimmicks (which we learned has some truth to it).

If this is any indication for how the rest of the feud is going to go, we are in for a real treat. WWE has anopportunity to build this feud into a real grudge match that will get fans invested. Once the match at Wrestlemania 33 comes, it will feel like a big deal because of Cena and the Miz’s work on the mic.

I think Cena and the Miz will be able to carry this feud on the mic and make it into something really special. Especially if they keep shooting on one another.
