As noted prior, Joey Styles made some inappropriate comments during the EVOLVE 72 show on Saturday night. Styles said: “Joanna, you look great tonight … and if our next President were here tonight he’d want to grab you by the … ”. He was instantly fired by EVOLVE for his comments after being told to keep any political comments away from the broadcast.
The bad news keeps pouring in for Styles as he has gotten dropped by two more wrestling promotions following his firing from EVOLVE:
Beyond Wrestling tweeted out that they have parted ways with him:
Joey Styles will no longer be appearing at Sunday’s live event in Worcester or any future Beyond Wrestling live events. Thank you.

Mike Quackenbush posted a lengthy blog on ChikaraPro.com about the situation, stating that Styles will no longer be working for CHIKARA:
“Effective today, we are terminating our relationship with Joey Styles. Effective today, we are instituting a zero tolerance policy for misogynistic, racist, and/or homophobic speech, written or verbal, whether it’s directed toward our cast, our crew, or our patrons. This is the shape of CHIKARA”
