Karl Anderson and Luke (Doc) Gallows made their WWE debuts on Monday Night RAW, attacking the Usos after their match. They showed up from the crowd in street clothes and in a very Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) type way. There has been plenty of teasing from Finn Balor that he would be joining his former Bullet Club members to form another faction (Balor Club) on the main roster. Will we see this faction form together on the main roster at WWE Payback? Or is this just a smokescreen?
What if Finn Balor’s teasing is only just that….. Teasing. He already has an established character on NXT as the Demon and he has been very successful so far in NXT. Will the WWE be willing to give up that character in order for him to join his buddies in the ‘Balor Club’? I would like to first state that I will still be a huge fan and think it’s awesome if this does happen, I just think they could be re-doing a popular WCW angle.

They followed the same path, showing up from the crowd in street clothes and leaving their mark on the company. This was made even more legendary when Hulk Hogan turned heel and joined them, forming the NWO and one of the most iconic factions of all time.
Just imagine for a second, at WWE Payback we are seeing Roman Reigns vs AJ Styles in the main event. Gallows and Anderson appear and the crowd explodes. Most fans assume they have shown up to help their former Bullet Club member AJ Styles win the WWE Heavyweight title. How about Roman Reigns turns full fledged heel and joins Anderson and Gallows, just like Hulk Hogan did when he joined Nash and Hall.
Think it is crazy? We have to remember that the NWO wasn’t Vince’s creation, it was WCW’s. I think he is going to try and repeat this historical wrestling moment under the WWE banner. This would also allow Vince to keep Roman Reigns as WWE Heavyweight Champion for a long reign, with Anderson and Gallows as his protection.
Maybe it is a bit far-fetched but I could see it happening. This scenario would also be pretty crazy if John Cena was the third member of the faction. This would parallel Hulk Hogan perfectly as two guys who have always been babyface their whole career but turned in epic fashion.
Just a fun idea I have for them! Let me know what you think and how you would book them moving forward!
Yes, very far fetched but a really good idea. Turn Roman full om heel & the other 2 guys turn heel also by attacking AJ.
Sucks for me as a Roman Reigns fan because I want him to be a heel who doesnt cheat to win. Hopefully (if your theory does play out) they attack AJ after Roman wins cleanly.
