A major topic of conversation heading into the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia is there being no Women’s matches on the card. Triple H recently responded to criticism from fans who are unhappy with WWE going to Saudi Arabia without their Women’s division [you can read his full comments here].
We have a hint to share with you about how WWE is internally handling the Women’s division not coming to the event.
On his podcast, Dinner With The King, Jerry Lawler discussed the topic with Jim Cornette. Cornette suggested that since WWE is making millions off the event, they can give a cut to the Women’s division for staying at home.

Lawler responded by saying: “I think that’s exactly what’s happening.”
Obviously, this doesn’t change the fact that there will be no Women wrestling on the show. Still, it is nice to see the female talent get a little bit of a payday for the situation since they are losing a day of work.
