Pro Wrestling Illustrated puts out their ‘PWI 500’ list every year. They list the top 500 (male) wrestler’s in the world. Their rankings are for one year from July 2017 – June 2018. These rankings are voted on by the editors and writers of Pro Wrestling Illustrated.
The criteria include win-loss record, championships won, quality of competition, major feuds, prominence within a wrestler’s individual promotion(s), and overall wrestling ability.
