Matt Riddle has been very critical of Goldberg over the past few months. Riddle has taken several shots at the WWE Hall of Famer, including calling him the worst wrestler of all time.
The two of them exchanged some words backstage at Summerslam, where Riddle described the meeting as awkward.
In an interview with Eyes on the Game, Goldberg was asked if there is any tension between him and Riddle.
Here is what Goldberg said:
“Matt who?. I don’t even know who that is. I don’t answer questions about people who haven’t made it yet.
Riddle has a long way to go.”
