This week’s episode of NXT ended with a big surprise. Finn Balor turned heel and attacked Johnny Gargano to close the show. This came as a big surprise as it looked like Balor would be joining Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa in their battle against The Undisputed Era.
So what happened after NXT went off the air?
Gargano had to be taken away in an ambulance after the attack from Finn. Here is the video that WWE posted:
