Kane had a rough night on Monday Night RAW this week. After taking out both Jason Jordan & Finn Balor, he was confronted by Braun Strowman. Strowman attacked Kane, hitting him multiple times with a chair. Kane was sent retreating through the crowd as the show went off the air.
RAW also happened to be in Kane’s hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. What did Kane do after the show?
As you likely already know, Kane (real name: Glenn Jacobs) is running for mayor of Knox County, Tennessee in 2018. After RAW, Kane held an event to benefit his run for mayor. Here is what he posted on Facebook:
“What do you do in Knoxville on a Monday Night after WWE Raw? You hang out with 500 of your closest friends until 2:00 in the morning, enjoy some great BBQ and talk about how you’re going to work together with every citizen of Knox County to make it an even better place to live, work and raise a family!”
Here are some photos (it also looks like Goldust came out to support him):
Great time tonight @calhouns for #JacobsForMayor. @GlennJacobsTN will represent our county well, and I look forward to him being our mayor. On a side note, it was great meeting @Goldust too! pic.twitter.com/v1PyeXUFMC
