Dean Ambrose went under the knife back in December after suffering an injury to his triceps. The original report from WWE said that Ambrose could be out of action for 9 months after the surgery.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Dean has been spotted at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando over the past several days.
It is unclear at the moment if Dean was working out in the ring or if he was simply doing physical therapy. June now marks 6 months since Dean has been out of action.
This seems to indicate good news though as Dean has been doing all of his previous rehabs in Birmingham, Alabama over the past several months. Hopefully, him being in Orlando means that he is closer to returning. We have seen plenty of WWE stars work out at the Performance Center when they are close to returning from injury. Fingers crossed.
