Daniel Cormier’s name should be pretty familiar to wrestling fans by now. Not only is he a longtime WWE fan, he also looks to be defending his UFC Heavyweight Championship next against Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar appeared in the octagon after Cormier’s recent win against Stipe Miocic. Brock cut a promo and pushed Cormier in a scene that looked like it was straight out of Monday Night RAW.
During a recent interview, Cormier shared the text message that he received from Seth Rollins after the fight. Cormier and Seth have been friends for a few years now. Rollins said, “congratulations, now go kick Brock’s ass”. Here is the video:
First interview is up! I talked to @dc_mma about #BrockLesnar, if he thinks we’ll see Connor/Khabib this year, if he still plans on retiring at 40, if he’s defending the Light Heavyweight title soon + more! #ESPYS #HumanitarianAwards #DanielCormier https://t.co/9geykfTISv pic.twitter.com/Ep4YDOKcPJ
