CM Punk vs Cesaro

I would love to see this match that would feature two former: ‘Paul Heyman Guys’: Cesaro vs CM Punk.

In an interview with Chad Dukes back in 2013, Punk had this to say about Cesaro being left off Wrestlemania:

“I will go on record right now that it’s absolutely ridiculous that he doesn’t have a match at Wrestlemania. I will pimp that guy until the cows come home. He’s awesome. He’s everything that the WWE should want in their superstars. He’s tremendous. He can wrestle, he’s a brick house, he’s looks the part, he acts the part, he walks and talks that part. He can speak seven different languages! You’re missing the boat on this guy.”

A few years later, Cesaro still hasn’t been pushed to the moon by WWE. It seems like Punk respects Cesaro a lot and would push for a program with him if he were in the company today.

CM Punk vs Bray Wyatt

The closest that we have seen is at Survivor Series 2013 where CM Punk and Daniel Bryan took on Luke Harper and Erick Rowan with Bray at ringside.

If Punk were to return to WWE, a feud with Bray Wyatt could be great. Two great talkers going back and forth on the microphone would be amazing.

I don’t doubt that Wyatt and Punk could build a strong feud with one another and eventually put on a solid match!

CM Punk vs Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy and CM Punk could be a great feud today, especially with the ‘Broken’ Character that Matt has developed over the past year or so.

The two have had interactions in the past, back when Punk was feuding with Jeff Hardy.

This time, it could be booked as Matt’s turn to settle issues with Punk and his previous shots at his brother. This could be a nice mini feud for both guys if Punk was to return to the company.
