3) Brock Lesnar Loses The Money In The Bank Briefcase In A Match
I think an interesting way for WWE to go with Brock would be for him to have to put his Money in the Bank contract on the line in a match.
WWE was teasing last month that Brock will be “punished” by the McMahon family for his actions. This hasn’t happened yet but they could easily continue that storyline on upcoming episodes of RAW.
An interesting punishment would be for Brock to have to defend his briefcase in a match. We have seen WWE do this before and it would be an interesting way to add some extra stakes to an upcoming PPV event.
This would also be an easy way to protect Brock from failing his cash-in. Have Brock drop the briefcase in a multi-person match, where he doesn’t even need to get pinned to lose it. Could be fun to see someone win it from Brock.
2) Brock Announces His Cash-In For An Upcoming Episode Of RAW Or Smackdown
It would not shock me if WWE used Brock’s cash-in as a way to help with their weekly television ratings. I could see a scenario where Brock cashes in (in advance) for a Title match in the main event of either RAW or Smackdown.
WWE’s ratings drop has been well publicized. To me, it would make sense for WWE to use Brock and his cash-in to get a bump in the weekly television ratings.
Brock hasn’t wrestled on RAW or Smackdown in years, so this would be a way to try and generate interest. Fans are likely going to tune in if say Brock vs Seth Rollins for the Universal Title is the main event of an episode of RAW.
It would be a short-term bump in the ratings but could be a way that WWE decides to go.
