10 Booking Steps For ‘The Fiend’ From Now Until Wrestlemania 36

Here is how I would book Bray Wyatt from now until Wrestlemania 36. A reminder that this is only my opinion and how I would do things.

Step 1) Bray Wyatt Defeats Seth Rollins To Win The WWE Universal Championship

— WWE Hell In A Cell

Seth Rollins vs Bray Wyatt has been officially confirmed for the Hell in a Cell PPV. This will be a Hell in a Cell match for the Universal Championship.

I think that ‘The Fiend’ needs to win this match. WWE has something really special with Bray right now and they need to strike when the iron is hot.

Bray should be walking out of Hell in a Cell with the Universal Title. If he loses, I don’t even want to imagine the crowd reaction.

Step 2) Bray Wyatt Defeats Seth Rollins To Retain The WWE Universal Championship

— WWE Crown Jewel

The next WWE PPV event after Hell in a Cell will be Crown Jewel II. This will be taking place in Saudi Arabia.

Since this is essentially a throwaway PPV, it makes sense to just do a rematch between Seth and Bray here. It doesn’t make much sense to build towards a new feud just for this event (since it is only a few weeks after Hell in a Cell).

I would have Bray beat Seth to retain the Title. After the event, both guys can move on to new feuds.

Step 3) Bray Wyatt Defeats Kofi Kingston In A Champion vs Champion Match

— WWE Survivor Series

The next WWE PPV will be Survivor Series. I am going to assume that we will see Champion vs Champion matches at the event. That means the Universal Champion vs the WWE Champion.

My early guess is that Kofi Kingston will still be WWE Champion by this point. That would set us up for Bray vs Kofi at Survivor Series. This could be a fun feud, with ‘ The Fiend’ playing mind games with the New Day in the weeks leading to the event.

If this match does happen, I would have Bray picking up the win.
