7) Whose Spot Dana Brooke Took At Money In The Bank
Dana Brooke was announced as one of the participants from RAW in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Sasha Banks was replaced in the match by Dana.
Banks was originally penciled in for the match but she has not agreed to return to work for the company. As a result, they needed someone else in the match and went with Dana.
6) More On Why Sasha Banks Is Upset With WWE
Speaking of Sasha Banks, a rumor came out a few days ago that provides some more insight into why she is upset with WWE.
Here is what Mike Johnson of PWInsider had to say about Sasha:
“The argument that we heard from Sasha Banks’ stand point was that the Women’s Tag Team Titles should have had more credibility established to them and that she and Bayley should have had a longer run with the belts in order to make them look more important they should have had the chance to go to RAW, SmackDown, NXT, and so forth.”
My guess is this was her final straw and there were probably other things that happened prior to this that pissed her off.
5) The Possible Plans For AOP’s Return To WWE
AOP has been off WWE television for the past several months. This is due to Akam having knee surgery back in January.
According to John Pollock of POST Wrestling, AOP is expected back really soon and they will likely be switching brands:
“The AOP is scheduled to return imminently and is likely to be on SmackDown when they come back”
The Smackdown Tag Team division needs them, so this would be the right call.
