The 2020 edition of WWE Super Showdown will be taking place on Thursday, February 27th. This will mark the second straight year that WWE has held the Super Showdown event in Saudi Arabia.
We have a spoiler to pass your way about this event. An obvious spoiler warning applies to the rest of this post.
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Hulk Hogan will be taking part in the WWE Super Showdown event. Here is what Johnson wrote:
WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, who will be inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame for the second time over Wrestlemania 36 weekend, is slated to be part of the Thursday 2/27 WWE Super Showdown in Saudi Arabia, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
There is no word yet on Hogan’s role for the show.
Hogan led a team of WWE stars against a team led by Ric Flair at the last Saudi Arabia event in October 2019.
WWE has been locking in creative plans for the show over the last several weeks.
My Take:
- If he is in a manager role like last time, that is fine. Let’s hope that he doesn’t try to wrestle.
