Bayley was recently interviewed by Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT. This was in order to promote Summerslam on Sunday night, where she will be facing Ember Moon.
During the interview, Bayley was asked how Sasha Banks reacted to her winning the Smackdown Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank. At the time, there were some rumors that WWE may have put the belt on her to slight Sasha.
Bayley shut that rumor down pretty quickly. Here is what she said:
“She’s always happy for me, whenever. She called me [that night]. We’re always happy for each other when anything great like that happens. You know, when she won her first title I wasn’t there.
But we talk all the time and just like normal best friends in real-life, we’re happy when we see each other succeed.”
