Backstage Update On Madcap Moss After His Nasty Landing At The Elimination Chamber

Madcap Moss had a scary landing during his match at the Elimination Chamber PPV against Drew McIntyre. This came when he landed on his head/ neck while receiving an Alabama Slam from McIntyre. This led to a lot of concern that Moss might have suffered a serious neck injury.

We have some good news to pass your way. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Moss was said to be okay backstage after getting checked out by WWE’s medical team. Here is what Johnson said:

For those who have asked, Madcap Moss is said to be OK backstage after taking a scary bump when tucking his head during the Alabama Slam during the Drew McIntyre Falls Count Anywhere match at today’s WWE Elimination Chamber PPV in Saudi Arabia.

Obviously, there was concern in the moment but we are told he was checked out and the word is he looks to be fine.

No one has told us this, but I suspect that once the adrenaline from the match wears off, WWE medical will check him out again.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful also noted the following on Twitter:

We’re told that Madcap Moss “seems fine” going through the curtain. Good news, but I’m sure they’re going to do plenty to make sure of that.

This is good to hear. We will provide anything new that comes out about him.
