WWE has confirmed an ‘Eye For An Eye’ match at Extreme Rules between Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio. WWE has confirmed on its website that the only way to win the match is for one of them to rip the other’s eyeball out.
We have some news to pass your way about what WWE is planning for this match and how they will book it.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE will be taping this match in advance.
They are also planning to use CGI effects to achieve an eyeball getting ripped out. Here is what Meltzer wrote:
The idea is to do a taped match and use some form of CGI effects to simulate an eye being pulled out as the finish
