The Money in the Bank PPV takes place on Sunday night. The event will feature two Money in the Bank ladder matches, which will both take place at WWE Headquarters. The show will also include Seth Rollins vs Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman vs Bray Wyatt, and more.
On his PWInsider Elite Audio, Mike Johnson provided some details about the production of the PPV. Specifically, how much of it will be live and how much of it will be taped.
Johnson says that half of the PPV will be taped and the other half will be live. Here is what he said (h/t to Ringside News for the quotes below):
“Will it be live? Will it be taped? The answer is: both. All of the material related to the Money In The Bank ladder matches, the men’s match and the women’s match which will take place at the same time has been filmed. That material, everyone battling throughout Titan Tower all up on the roof — all of that filmed.”
“Everything else that you’re going to see on the show that will take place from the WWE Performance Center will be live on pay-per-view as it happens.”
