WWE has confirmed that Becky Lynch will be challenging Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 35. This comes after Becky won the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Wrestlemania is still two months away. We have the Elimination Chamber and Fastlane PPV’s to go before the big event.
I wanted to pass along an idea for Becky at either Fastlane or the Elimination Chamber.
I think that an interesting direction that WWE could
- It provides Fastlane (or the Chamber) with a big-time match with high stakes. These PPV events are usually not very exciting and this could be a way to spice things up.
- We would get another fun Charlotte vs Becky match. These two put on a show at Evolution and I would personally love to see it again.
- This would provide some unpredictability for the next month or two. Fans wouldn’t know if WWE is going to pull the trigger on Charlotte entering the match or not.
In my opinion, Becky should win the match. This puts Becky over as a bigger threat to Ronda heading into Wrestlemania. It also cements her (in kayfabe) as the rightful opponent for Ronda. This would just be a way to spice up WWE TV on the road to Wrestlemania.
How would you feel if WWE went this route? Let me know in the comment section below.
