It appears like another WWE star has violated the WWE’s Wellness policy. Alberto Del Rio has been suspended by the WWE for his first violation of the policy. Del Rio was not currently scheduled for a match at Summerslam but has been featured in some high-profile matches on Smackdown LIVE the past couple weeks. The WWE made the announcement (see below) on their social media and website.
Here was the tweet:
BREAKING: WWE has suspended Alberto Del Rio for violation of company talent wellness policy. https://t.co/tGykC4PtLx pic.twitter.com/p3cP9bf6lw

From WWE.com:
“WWE has suspended Jose Rodriguez (Alberto Del Rio) for 30 days effective tomorrow, Thursday, Aug. 18, for his first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy” (Source: WWE.com).

Another suspension! We will likely never know what caused the violation as the WWE has the choice on if they want to release it or not.

We’ll never know he’s gone. Sure he had a big match just recently against John Cena but he’s not even in a storyline heading towards SummerSlam.
