A Handful Of Records Were Broken In The 2019 Women’s Royal Rumble Match

Becky Lynch was able to win the 2019 Women’s Royal Rumble match. This came after she last-eliminated Charlotte Flair. It turns out that a handful of records were also broken in the Women’s Rumble match this year.

Here are the records that were broken in the match:

— Charlotte Flair now holds the record for the most eliminations in a single Women’s Royal Rumble match. Charlotte ended up eliminating 6 people total. This breaks the record of 5 that was set by Michelle McCool last year.

— Nia Jax now holds the record for the most all-time eliminations. She has now compiled 7 eliminations in her two Women’s Royal Rumble match appearances.

  • Nia also became the fourth female to ever enter the Men’s Royal Rumble match. Only Chyna, Kharma, and Beth Phoenix did it before her.

— Liv Morgan now holds the record for the quickest elimination in a Women’s Royal Rumble match. She was eliminated in about 8 seconds. The record was previously held by Vickie Guerrero, who was eliminated in 57 seconds last year.

— Natalya now holds the record for the most time spent in a single Women’s Royal Rumble match. She lasted for 56 minutes. This breaks the record set by Sasha Banks, who lasted 54 minutes in the 2018 Women’s Rumble match.
