Tonight’s episode of Smackdown Live will be taking place at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT.
According to a report from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, there is a big change coming to the episode.
WWE originally announced a fatal 4-way match for the episode to determine Asuka’s opponent at Wrestlemania 35. It was announced to be Mandy Rose vs Sonya Deville vs Carmella vs Naomi.
According to Sapp, that fatal 4-way match isn’t going down as originally planned. He also says that there is an “extensive segment” planned.
There are now rumors that Asuka could be defending her Title on the episode instead.
It is unclear what exactly is happening but the segment is set to “get a healthy amount of time on tonight’s show”.
