Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) NXT Stars Backstage At RAW
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, several NXT stars were backstage at this week’s episode of RAW.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
Since Monday Night Raw is in Orlando, Florida, there are a number of WWE NXT talents backstage at the show.
PWInsider.com has confirmed the following, although there are others:
*Xia Li.
*Aaliyah.
*Odyssey Jones.
*Austin Theory.
*Dakota Kai.
My Take:
- Odyssey Jones is a name that keeps popping up. He seems like he is heading to the main roster soon.
4) Big Name Set To Attend Summerslam
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Becky Lynch is set to attend Summerslam.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
While recent reports from within WWE indicate that Becky Lynch may not return full-time to the promotion until the fall (October has been recently cited, as we reported a few weeks back), PWInsider.com can confirm that currently, Lynch is slated to be in attendance at the 8/21 Summerslam PPV.
Lynch has been backstage at TV and recent PPVs, including the Money in the Bank PPV in Texas, but has not appeared before the WWE audience.
Whether Lynch makes an appearance or not remains to be seen but the plan is to have her in Las Vegas.
My Take:
- Just because she is going to be at Summerslam, doesn’t mean that she will be appearing on the show. This news will definitely spark up rumors though and I think that a lot of us would love to see Becky back as soon as possible.
