Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Triple H & Shawn Michaels High On NXT Gimmick
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select (subscribe here), Triple H and Shawn Michaels are big fans of the “Tian Sha” gimmick in NXT.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
Triple H and Shawn Michaels specifically have taken a liking to the gimmick, and see it having a long-term future. We’re also told by those backstage that they’ve been very hands on with the character and presentation.
My Take:
- I am definitely interested to see more. Sounds like they have a bright future based on Triple H and Shawn being big fans.
4) WWE Stars Expected To Return Soon
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, The Bella Twins are expected to return to WWE soon.
Here is what Meltzer said (h/t to Ringside News):
“They’re coming back to wrestle soon. I don’t exactly when, but they’re coming back to wrestle. They’re planning on coming back, I think in the fall.”
My Take:
- I think that it would make sense for them to return for the women’s tag team division. Love or hate the Bellas, they are big names and add some star power to the division.
