Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Big Possible NXT Takeover Plans
According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE is considering doing a two-night NXT Takeover event prior to Wrestlemania 37.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
There has been talk of the show being the first-ever “two night” Takeover, with part one airing on WWE NXT TV on the USA Network on Wednesday 4/7 and then Part Two continuing the next night on the WWE Network, but with a month to go, that idea could change or evolve.
My Take:
- This would be fun. Seems like a good idea to me.
4) New Member Of The Hurt Business?
Bobby Lashley was recently interviewed by Complex. During this, Lashley teased The Hurt Business possibly adding a female member to the group.
Here is what Lashley said:
“We want dominance and a legacy. That’s what we want. Another thing that we talked about, we don’t even know if we want to go there, but I’ll throw this out: Is there a female that’s going to join the group? We thought about that. We have some definite names. And if we did go that route, I think we’re all in agreeance of who we would love to have a part of us. Can’t really say right now, but that’s something that’s [inaudible]. So we’re trying to play with it, so we’re coming at all different angles.”
My Take:
- I would love to see them elevate a female talent on the roster and it would make sense to give the group an added dimension. Sounds good to me!
