Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Update On Braun Strowman
Mike Johnson of PWInsider has confirmed the rumors that Braun Strowman is dealing with a knee injury. This is why he has been off WWE television for the past few weeks.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
Since we have had a few emails asking, Braun Strowman has not been backstage at Raw in recent weeks as he is nursing a knee injury sustained when he tweaked it while part of a group catching Keith Lee on a dive at Survivor Series.
My Take:
- I hope that Braun is able to get back healthy soon. I am sure that WWE will do Braun vs Drew McIntyre at some point for the WWE Title.
4) WWE Star Gets A New Gimmick
It appears as if we will be seeing a new gimmick for Jaxson Ryker on WWE television. This comes after Ryker appeared alongside Elias on the latest episode of WWE Main Event.
It looks like Elias may be using Ryker as his muscle moving forward. Here is a screenshot of them together:
My Take:
- I always thought that Elias could use someone in his corner in a bodyguard type of role. I am not sure if Ryker is the right fit but I like the concept.
