Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Update On The Plans For Seth Rollins
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed the rumors that Seth Rollins will be taking some time off from WWE.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“Becky Lynch is about to give birth within a week or two. That’s why they blew off the Rey thing this week and they’re gonna do the Seth Rollins and Murphy match next week and then the Survivor Series and probably after Survivor Series, maybe a week after [he will stick around]. He’s gonna be gone probably until the first of the year maybe. I don’t know if there’s a definite date but that’s out and that story is out and that story is true.”
My Take:
- I am going to miss Seth on Smackdown but his family (obviously) comes first.
4) Possible Plans For The Murphy-Aalyah Mysterio Storyline
According to WrestlingNews.co, the storyline between Murphy and Aalyah Mysterio will be continuing on Smackdown. WWE has even discussed doing a wedding for the storyline.
Here is what the site wrote:
WrestlingNews.co was told that the Murphy-Mysterio story will continue in some form. At one point, there was talk of a wedding with Murphy turning on the family. That could have changed but we heard that a few days ago and they had already known by that time that Rollins was going to need time off.
My Take:
- I feel like a wedding angle would be a disaster but I would like to see it.
