Night two of Wrestlemania 36 featured a ‘Firefly Fun House’ match between Bray Wyatt and John Cena. This turned out to be the most talked-about moment/segment from the event.
WrestlingNews.co has provided some backstage details about the match. This includes the reaction of Vince McMahon and more.
According to the site, the match was produced at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The report suggests that a lot of the creative ideas came from Bray Wyatt:
The Firefly Fun House segment was produced by the WWE crew in Stamford, CT and the props used came from the warehouse near the company headquarters. I was told that while others had ideas, a lot of the creative input came from Wyatt.
The site also says that Vince McMahon loved the match when he first saw it:
When the segment was edited and Vince McMahon saw it, I’m told he loved it and the “It’s good sh*t” line was approved by him when it was suggested.
