Here is what we learned from day one of Wrestlemania 36.
1) The Miz Was Pulled From Wrestlemania 36 & The Smackdown Tag Team Title Match Was Changed
Before Wrestlemania 36 went on the air, WWE announced that The Miz is injured and has been pulled from Wrestlemania 36. This was rumored last week and was finally made official on the kickoff show.
WWE changed the Smackdown Tag Team Title match to John Morrison vs Kofi Kingston vs Jimmy Uso.
Wait what? I thought we were doing one on Monday or something?

2) The Wrestlemania 36 Stage Design Was (Understandably) Bland
Wrestlemania 36 took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. As a result, they were limited to what they could have done with the stage design. Here is a photo of the design:
This design is obviously bland. Still, it is understandable based on the current circumstances.
3) Cesaro Defeated Drew Gulak On The Kickoff Show
The first match of the night was between Cesaro and Drew Gulak. This turned out to be a nice technical match to open the show.
Cesaro ended up winning after using the UFO!
