Big Update On WWE’s Plans For RAW & Smackdown Over The Next Few Weeks

We have some interesting news to pass your way. According to John Pollock of POST Wrestling, WWE is planning to pre-tape all of the upcoming episodes of RAW and Smackdown before Wrestlemania 36.

Here is what Pollock wrote:

WWE is currently planning an ambitious taping schedule that would cover them through WrestleMania.

We were informed at POST Wrestling by multiple people, as of Thursday, the company will be taping the remaining episodes of Friday Night SmackDown and Raw leading into WrestleMania.

This would include the March 23rd and March 30th episodes of RAW and the March 27th and April 3rd episodes of Smackdown. Pollock also says there are rumors that WWE will be pre-taping Wrestlemania 36 as well:

One source we spoke with indicated that they are expecting both WrestleMania shows to be taped over the next week as well. Another was unsure if that was the case. We have reached out to WWE regarding the proposed tapings and whether WrestleMania will be taped in advance.

There is no mention of NXT from Pollock, so we will let you know if we hear anything more about the future plans for the brand.
