Rumor On One Of WWE’s Back-Up Plans For Wrestlemania 36

You have likely heard by now that Wrestlemania 36 in Tampa Bay is in danger of being canceled. This is because of the coronavirus that is making headlines across the World.

We have a rumor to pass your way about one of WWE’s back-up plans for Wrestlemania 36 in case the event can’t go on as originally planned.

Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT says that one of WWE’s contingency plans is for Wrestlemania to be postponed until June or July:

WWE also has contingency plans in place for its other shows like RAW and Smackdown. Here is the statement that WWE issued on Wednesday night:

“WWE has not cancelled Friday Night SmackDown in Detroit, however, based on the current situation, we are putting contingency plans in place in the event that upcoming WWE shows are cancelled by government officials, civil authorities and/or local venues.”
