As of writing this, there are 27 Superstars confirmed for the 2020 men’s Royal Rumble match. The confirmed names for the match are:
- Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Erick Rowan, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, King Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Otis, Tucker, Elias, Rusev, Bobby Lashley, Aleister Black, Buddy Murphy, Braun Strowman, Shinsuke Nakamura, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe, R-Truth, Big E, Kofi Kingston, The Miz, and John Morrison.
We have decided to put together a list of who we think will take the final spots in the match.
3) Cain Velasquez
Cain Velasquez hasn’t been officially confirmed by WWE for the men’s Royal Rumble match. While saying that, Cain did tease in a recent interview that he will be taking part in the match, so we have to include him on this list.
There are a lot of fans speculating that Cain could be the guy who eliminates Brock Lesnar from the Rumble match. This would set up a rematch between them at Wrestlemania 36. I am not sure if that is going to happen but I do think that Cain will be taking part in some form. He seems like a lock for one of the final spots.
2) Keith Lee
Keith Lee had an incredible performance in the men’s elimination match at Survivor Series. He made it to the very end of the match before getting eliminated by Roman Reigns. This was a massive moment for Lee and his stock has been rising ever since.
I think that WWE will try to keep his momentum going by having Lee enter the men’s Royal Rumble match. It will be fun to see him mix it up with guys like Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Drew McIntyre. I also want to see him get back in the ring with Roman Reigns. In my opinion, it would be a mistake to not include Keith Lee in this match as there are plenty of great moments that could happen.
