Here are some of our predictions for this week’s episode of Smackdown.
7) Alexa Bliss Will Return & Confront Bayley
I originally had Carmella as Bayley’s next challenger for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. I am changing my pick to Alexa Bliss since she has been cleared to return to the ring.
I think that Bayley and Sasha Banks will attack Nikki Cross on the episode. This will lead to Alexa coming out and making the save for Nikki.
This will set into motion Alexa vs Bayley at TLC for the Smackdown Women’s Title.
6) Shorty G Will Start A New Feud With Shinsuke Nakamura
Shinsuke Nakamura needs a new feud for the Intercontinental Championship. I think that he is going to start a new feud with Shorty G on the episode this week.
Shorty G vs Nakamura could make for a fun match for the upcoming TLC PPV.
My guess is that this feud starts up on Smackdown this week.
5) The New Day & Heavy Machinery Will Get Into A Food Fight
It is thanksgiving so we know that we are going to see something food-related on the episode this week.
My guess is that we will see a food fight between The New Day and Heavy Machinery. This would make sense as there was some tension teased between them last week on Smackdown.
I think that we are heading towards The New Day vs Heavy Machinery at TLC for the Smackdown Tag Titles. As a result, a food fight/ brawl segment on Smackdown could help set that into motion.
